Volkswagen has launched a contest in which all Internet users can show their ideas on future car. From the 119,000 ideas, German manufacturer chose to expose them only three at motor show in China.

Project called People's Car initiated by Volkswagen (here is a good term choice because the German word "Volkswagen" means exactly "people's car") is a form of dialogue between the German manufacturer and customer. They can expose their future car ideas on www.zaoche.com site. During the contest there were over 33 million visitors and 119,000 ideas were submitted. Volkswagen chose three of them for presentation in the Motor Show in China.

The first one is "Car Music", a concept of individualization of exterior design. The exterior is covered with light emitting diodes that change color depending on the music they listen to car occupants. Volkswagen claims that this concept is very well seen in the eyes of young drivers, creating a new way of expression.

The second one is "Smart Key" and is more viable for mass production. The Chinese have imagined a new kind of just nine millimeters key features a touch-screen display. This will keep the driver aware of everything going on in his car. Also, the driver can see the car with a live satellite transmissions.

The last concept, but the most interesting is "Hover Car". This is a model for two people, who can levitate above the road helped by an electromagnetic field. The winner project belongs to a young adolscente and Volkswagen did a video in which the main stars are even her parents. View the video to "Hover Car".
