It takes a few snapping, but then you have a Range Rover Evoque 'designed' by Mrs Beckham. Would you pay more than double for a car because soccer wife/ Posh Spice has something to do with it?
Early this year, at the Beijing auto show was unveiled the special Range Rover Evoque Special Edition by Victoria Beckham. An edition with only 200 copies worldwide. For example, a total of 4 units will be delivered to the Netherlands. Initially, Netherlands had only 3 copies, but apparently there was so much demand that ultimately were approved 4 units... apparently some people have not been affected by the crisis.
This extremely expensive car falls naturally under the new Engineered To Order (ETO) program of Jaguar and Land Rover. And in this case, the Land Rover design team worked closely with fashion designer Spice Girl's Victoria Beckham.
And what makes this car so special? Consider the following:
Manually applied, matte gray paint finish Satin Grey, unique alloy wheels in gloss black, rose gold exterior and interior details, smoothly upholstery, 'vintage style' semi-aniline leather finished with unique hand-stitch. Other features are unique and ultra luxurious mohair mats and micro suede headliner, new interior finishes, including Grand Black Lacquer, textured aluminum and black soft feel paint, custom, four-piece luggage set and hand-stitched leather cover for the manual of the car, signed by Victoria Beckham.
In addition, this four-door Evoque is with just about every conceivable option and under the hood is a 2-liter turbo engine with 240 hp. By comparison, the basic model with the same engine costs 55,100 euros.
From November, the first copies will be supplied. We are curious to know who is the first owner.
