It is well known that when the car is parked near a bird's nest, chance to find your car covered of their droppings is very high. It seems that now you do not have to bother with washing the car... A new technology that saves the roads to the laundry was invented.

New technology that could get in bankruptcy the Car Wash facilities was invented by a researcher from the Netherlands, called Catarina Esteves. Catarina works at "Chemical Engineering and Chemistry" department, University of Einddhoven.

She found a protective layer that apparently resolves washing the cars. More specifically we are speaking of nanoscale molecules covering the surface of the car. If anything, such as dirt, "disturb" chemical bonds between molecules, they "fall back" to keep the protective "whole".
The beautiful part is that a simple rain can clean up the mess from the car. She claimed that when the water reaches the layer simply "slide" on it taking the dirt with it. The press release says that a mere occasional rain is only necessary to keep the car clean.
