Previously we saw leaked images of the Mercedes GL but now we're back with the official information on the new Mercedes GL.
The Mercedes GL is renewed like that usually goes, this new version is also more economical, better, more practical and generally is better than before. Thanks to some gadgets such as a 360 ° camera, this unwieldy GL should be easier to maneuver. Mercedes also plans to introduce new systems such as Active Lane Keeping Assist and Blind Spot Assist, both systems the safety of the occupants and the people around benefit.
The 5.12 meters long colossus is typical Mercedes. The snout works directly reminiscent of the Mercedes ML, the small version of the GL. The large grille with the central star give the car the look it deserves, while the LED strips front to ensure that the GL is prominent in traffic. All provide the standard 18 "rims and are there anyway to avoid cumbersome. Who wants bigger wheels, may find at Mercedes wheels of 21".
Inside, the car is actually finished with the best materials. A total of seven people can sit inside: 2 front, 3 in the middle row and 2 in the trunk. Do you prefer the trunk for luggage, then 2,300 liters are in there way. As we are accustomed to Mercedes, the option list is very long. Good for those for which personalization is important holds, less well for those who love personal wallet.
Mercedes GL provides the power of two. The GL 350 BlueTEC 4MATIC is a six-cylinder that makes 258 hp. Zero to one hundred just need to take 7.9 seconds, while the maximum speed amounts to 220 km / h. This diesel consumed in theory just 7.4 liters per 100 km. Who wants more power, should choose the GL 500 4MATIC BlueEFFICIENCY. This eight-cylinder engine propel the GL in 5.9 seconds to 100 km / h, but you must reckon: with an average consumption of 11.3 liters per 100 km. (Source: http://www.groenlicht.be)
