Unusual landscape on streets of Arab cities. Hundreds of luxury cars were abandoned on the streets by owners who did not have allowed them to maintain or pay rates from banks.
In a country described by opulence, copies of hundreds of thousands of dollars or euros are prey to extreme weather conditions. How did it come to this?
